What we collect
Account info (name, business, contact, service area); content you post (photos, questions, answers, profile posts); job/handoff details you submit (location, scope, photos, homeowner contact where you provide it); bid-helper inputs; and usage data.
Handoff data
Lead details are shared with the buyer you select. Homeowner contact info is shared only with that buyer and used only to service that job.
Activity-based evaluation
We analyze platform activity — contribution quality, handoff outcomes, bid activity, and peer endorsements — to identify skilled operators and match them with job, ride-along, and employment opportunities from buyers on the platform, including our affiliate Get Bats Out. You can opt out of being contacted for opportunities in Settings.
Affiliate relationship
[Entity, LLC] shares common ownership with Get Bats Out. Get Bats Out receives leads you choose to send it and may receive aggregated platform analytics (for example, demand by region). It does not receive your private data beyond what these sections describe.
Retention & deletion
Account deletion and data export are available in-app. Some lead records are retained to meet tax and 1099 obligations.
Photos & property
Job photos may depict private property. They are stored access-controlled and shared only with a buyer you select on a handoff, or where you post them publicly.
