Decision-support, not professional advice
The compliance, bidding, and species information in this app is decision-support to help you do your job — it is not legal, regulatory, or medical advice. Rules change and vary by jurisdiction; confirm anything that matters with the relevant state agency. Each compliance entry shows its source and the date it was last verified.
Handoffs & referral payments
When you hand off a job, you choose a buyer on the platform and whether to cash out or ride along. Referral payments are subject to the laws of your state — some states restrict referral fees for certain licensed work — and to tax reporting (payments of $600+ per year are reported on Form 1099-NEC, and W-9 collection is part of the payout process). Payouts open on a state-by-state basis.
Acceptable use
Follow the Code of Conduct. We may limit, suspend, or remove accounts that break the rules.
